The Heartly House Hotline provides support and access to our services 24-hours a day, 7 days per week.

Our hotline advocates specialize in helping people cope with domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse. All hotline advocates complete a comprehensive training program and work under professional supervision.

Heartly House also takes crisis intervention calls 24-hours a day. Our trained crisis workers can usually meet with clients within 24-hours. Non-crisis requests for services can be made from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 7 days per week.*

Clients who call the hotline make their own decision about whether or not to accept the services that Heartly House provides. Hotline advocates provide education, support, options and referrals, allowing clients to make their own decisions so they feel empowered.
