In some areas of Maryland, the percentage of high school students who have experienced physical dating violence is as high as 40%.

1 out of 4 girls and 1 out of 6 boys are sexually abused

1 in 14 children witness domestic violence

42% of youth have been bullied online

75% of kids have visited a website or platform online that contained material bashing another student.

Perpetrators of relationship violence are more likely to be someone the young person knows than a stranger.
